NOTE FROM PAC

Calling all parents with an interest in Burlington's schools and the manner in which students are supported. The Burlington Parents Advisory Council (PAC) is holding its last meeting of the school year on Monday April 12, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the School Committee Room at Burlington High School. This meeting will be held to elect officers and to begin organizing for next school year. Volunteers are needed to run for officer positions such as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. The PAC is a group that collaborates with and advises the school district on matters pertaining to special education. We have organized more than fifty educational seminars for the public in the last eight years. The PAC has also worked constructively with school administration towards a great number of improvements in our school district. Please be a part of a vital organization that has helped thousands of families. Come on out, volunteer a little time, share your thoughts and ideas.
