SillyBandz bracelets are now no longer allowed at Pine Glen School. Several teachers have reported that they have become a distraction. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
As a teacher I can only say this. There have always been distractions. This was a teaching moment for both parents, teachers and administration that was lost. Jumping to just say no is the easy option.
I agree with the first comment! These kids are good kids that seem to have been getting evrything taken away and nothing given! What happened to rewarding the good?
