"HALLOWEEN IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER, and if you are like many of us, you may find yourself with too much candy on your hands come Monday, Nov.1st. If so, don't let it go to WASTE or WAIST! A wonderful solution to the problem is to donate the extra candy to our troops overseas.
Beginning Monday Nov. 1st, extra candy may be dropped off to the Treats for our Troops box on the table outside the office here at Memorial ( each school name goes here). If you have a loved one or dear friend stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan that you would like to have included in the list of recipients, please contact Caroline Mallard at treatsforourtroops@gmail.com"
