  1. I am sending another comment regarding the new opening time for Pine Glen since my original seems to have been deleted. My comment is twofold. Why has Pine Glen's pick up and drop off times changed and why were parents not consulted and notified sooner. Many parents struggle to make arrangements to get to the pick up at 2:40 now it is 2:15. What are parents to do with no notice to change plans unless they read this blog with only a month left before school starts? It seems that this is exceptionally poor communication on your part as well as the superintendent. I know that I am one of many parents that are concerned with the change in times and your consistent lack of timely parent communication. Because my previous commented was deleted I am also going to email this to concerned parents and the superintendent.

  2. I absolutely agree with the previous comment. I'm also a Pine Glen parent and am surprised at the lack of communication with the new times. I have not received a letter or phone call regarding this. Nor have I seen any explanation or mention of this in the paper. At the very least a letter should have been sent out. How exactly did you expect parents to know about this? Not everyone reads the blogs. The town and other schools take full advantage of utilizing the town wide or school district calling system to inform of such things. A lot of people are going to be caught off guard about this and have to scramble to make necessary adjustments. A reply from the principal to these comments and concerns would be nice and expected.
